I came in for a scheduled service, which was meant to be an oil-change. However, the mechanic found problems with my brakes and the air filters. Before proceeding on it, they showed me the filters and the worn rotors.Very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Airport Kia. The staff treats its customers with respect.

I was absolutely and completely blown away by the exceptional service i received from this service department. Brought my 2013 Kia Rio in to have checked out because of an Engine issue. The service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the car, since I came in without an appointment, and was provided a free shuttle back to my work. They held the car maybe 5 hours and they even picked me up from work. I was very pleased with their professionalism and hold them in the highest esteem. Atmosphere is everything in service departments these days. I have to say, the atmosphere in this service department is wonderful! The service advisors are friendly and professional, and seem to have great chemistry. I will NEVER bring my vehicle any where else! Thank you guys! :)
